With over 20 years of combined Food Service Industry experience, and 15 of those years in the Pizza Delivery corner of the market, brothers Mark and Vic Jordan were determined they could do better than the competition. In 2007, they purchased Wedgy's Pizza of Gainesville, GA — a local struggling pizza delivery restaurant — and began their legacy. By streamlining operations, making the menu their own with personal flair, and rebranding, Atlas Pizza was born.

In 2009, Atlas Pizza relocated from Thompson Bridge to the heart of Gainesville — Downtown on the Square — enabling dine-in service and a warm, family-oriented atmosphere that reflects the owners and staff.

Atlas Pizza offers “A Taste of the World” with signature dishes featuring flavors from Italy, Mexico, Greece, France, Germany, Thailand, and American classics from California, Philadelphia, and New York. All pizzas are made with signature dough crafted fresh from scratch using only the finest, freshest ingredients.
